Amongst the items stolen was my recently purchased M4-2 (serial number 1529205) together with a 40mm Summicron lens (serial number not recorded). I am posting this in the hope that it is offered to a fellow forum member... in the meantime I will keep a lookout on the usual internet auction sites. Not a great end to the year, I'm afraid. Too bad you're not in Los Angeles. I could loan you an M4-2 to get through the holiday. Hopefully you have something else adequate for the purpose. Good luck and keeping fingers crossed for you. dunk Fortunately, the majority of thieves and thugs inhabit the strata of the intellectual spectrum from "not too bright" on downward to "plain stupid." this may work in your favor in terms of recovering your M4-2.
