I knew the weather could be bad and that I wanted to shoot indoors, plus I didn't want to carry to 50mm lenses around. Richard, yes is was rather late in the day, for this time of year at least. I know that a little while ago it was banned and some people have been arrested in the Square for daring to use a camera!! I suppose it's OK if there are no children around? I like the fact that there is so much going on, yet the scene looks in no way confused. I agree that the couple at the top of the steps make a good juxtaposition with the pair who are head-to-head. And what about that perfectly placed pigeon! It all just works, and those lovely reflections round it off. Well spotted, and expertly captured.
