Seems like a lot of those reality shows lately are scripted. Anyway he's not a real thief for sure. It is a show about scams. But these type of scams do exist. A colleague told me he was approached by a lady in South America with a map real close to his chest like that asking for directions and he felt her hand go in his pocket. So watch it out there.
