nggalai Posted September 19, 2011 Share #1 Posted September 19, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I’ve had the Voigtlaender Nokton 50/F1.1 for five weeks now. Most of the time, it stayed on the M9 – I find the lens very versatile and not all that heavy once you’ve got used to its dimensions. (Or rather, got over the first shock when unpacking it, eyeing that Summicron you considered “a tad heavy” perviously.) I also had the Nokton on the camera when hiking or simply strolling through the neighbourhood forests. Here’s a selection of images taken on my walkabouts to give interested parties a rough idea what you can and can’t expect from the Nokton. Here goes. All images are linked from my forum album “Random stuff is random”. ISO 160, f/1.4, 1/180s: ISO 800, f/4, 1/125s: ISO 160, f/2.8, 1/90s: ISO 160, f/1.1, 1/125s: Comments and feedback are much appreciated. Cheers, -Sascha

pauledell Posted September 19, 2011 Share #2 Posted September 19, 2011 Sascha, A great series. They all have excellent composition, tones/ colors, clarity. I like the third shot of the forest trail the most. Wonderful atmosphere and mood. Paul
