Andy, I have to agree with Stuart on this on. I don't find that the flowers really add anything to the shot.

 

And to slip into Camera Club Judge mode for a second, it doesn't seem very sharp. I think you've been getting much better results from the DMR. Although after saying that I've never really liked Velvia that much, especially for landscapes.

Steve - I think an argument could be made that digital, especially at the level of the DMR is going to look sharper in many cases, especially on the web. At least when we're comparing it to 35mm, that's been my experience. I'm not sure if the image itself is soft, or whether it's the look of the film.

 

Andy - this has a really nice feel to it, although as noted - the flowers seem to distract a bit. I like the scene though, and the texture. Digital might have been too sharp for a mood like this.
