Is there an external viewfinder, that shows the frames of the 50mm and 75mm focal lengths at the same time, or at least switches between these two? Preferably made by Leica/Leitz of cause.

Any information would be very much appreciated.

I've never heard of one specifically for 50+75mm, least of all from Leica.

The old varifocal finders from Leitz (VIDOM, VIOOH etc.) covered a continuous range from 35-135mm, and many of them had an index mark at 73mm; with the others you could interpolate. They're pretty unpleasant to use alongside the M viewfinder - a tiny eyepiece and a small image behind it.

A slightly better bet is one of the Tewe zoom finders. They were made in several versions, mostly covering 35-135. Because the magnification changes (unlike the Leitz ones) you get a much bigger image for the 75mm lens. But they're still not a patch on the M's finder, especially if you wear glasses.

There were literally hundreds of different viewfinders made in the pre-SLR days. About 1969 I owned a nice bright-line Japanese one which (IIRC) had frames for 50 and 80mm; sorry, I can't remember the make.
