The M82 has a sapphire screen, but it's a different size than the D2's screen. Is there a third-party maker of scratch-proof replacement screens (or protectors that will stay on)? John, I'm sure there are but is one really needed? I only make this point because I have two D2's, which I've used extensively over the past 4 years without a screen protector and without 'babying' them and there's not a mark on either LCD. If order of two copies, the third is joined in present. The sending is free.
