pgk Posted August 23, 2011 Share #1 Posted August 23, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Whilst walking yesterday I came across lots of these mushrooms/toadstools in woodland (plantation). I had a 21mm f/3.4 Super-Angulon-R on an M8-2 via the 22228 adapter which will focus to 8 inches. This shot was from 10 inches with the camera balanced on twigs and shot for 4s @ f/11 using the self-timer. The symmetrical design still gives excellent image quality close up. Does anyone know what this is (top was yellow to orange and fairly smooth)?

pauledell Posted August 23, 2011 Share #2 Posted August 23, 2011 Paul, An impressive shot for as close as you were. The closeness and perspective makes the toadstools look big enough for someone to sit on it. Is that a Ladybug just below (or in front of) it? Excellent colors and sharpness also.
