Paulus Posted August 20, 2011 Share #1 Posted August 20, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) according to my dealer. He was never wrong in the past. He advised me to keep my R lenses. Did someone hear the same thing?
Advertisement Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Hi Paulus, Take a look here There will be a new digital R camera ( or camera for R lenses )shortly!. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stunsworth Posted August 20, 2011 Share #2 Posted August 20, 2011 More likely that it's a camera that can take R lenses using an adaptor. janki Posted August 20, 2011 Share #3 Posted August 20, 2011 I have been on the mountain and seen the promised "land." Here is finally the new dR10. Just as we all have wanted it for so long, small and lightweight as an R4. You can have it with gray spot too, if desired. But then it will cost $1000 extra. The technical data is incredible, and will surpass everything else, which are known. Maybe someone else can say more about just that. Welcome, dear visitor! janki Posted August 20, 2011 Share #5 Posted August 20, 2011 Dot, Spot,-whatever. One should not exclude the possibility that there may be a version of pure gold, too. I mean, since all get rid of their shares at the moment and invest in gold, why not “kill two flies with one stone”. But the gold version will of course not be particularly lightweight. Paulus Posted August 21, 2011 Author Share #8 Posted August 21, 2011 My dealer said it would be a Leica product.
bocaburger Posted August 21, 2011 Share #9 Posted August 21, 2011 If it isn't going to be full-frame, an adapted Nikon or Canon DSLR would still seem to me the best bang for the buck.
mmradman Posted August 21, 2011 Share #10 Posted August 21, 2011 My dealer said it would be a Leica product. Did his revelation stretch to advise you when? Saying it will happen is no brainer as APS-C M/R compatible cameras already exist. Leica product is somewhat rich, more likely Leica badged Japanese camera with few cosmetic and firmware tweaks.
