I think I like it even more!   It seems to have more thought properties coming from her. More dreamy mood I guess you could say. I don't do weddings often and it is very rare but i get to give the M8's a run for there money so at least it will be fun on that side of it. How'd I know? The white, white lines of the laser removal still showed the full shape of where the ink had been. I have no idea if those scars will ever disappear. I agree that in the first pic the tattoo from the angle of the view looks as explained above....dangerous. For me very fascinating is the difference of the impression between the first and the second. In the first the model looks like a girl and in the second like a wife...due to the shape of the face, a slighter edge in the second but both are....good!  So your lenses are magical  Pls. There was none, hindsight is not an equaliser  Looks like a clear case of rules for some are to be altered to suit...........endangered species perhaps or a simple case of pleasing some? It went very well and used both M8's for the whole shoot, yes went for broke and actually they performed very well indeed. i did a lot hip shooting in the reception and used every lens i had. Walk in 28 and 50 in tandem. Trick is handgrip on one shoot 50 than left pinky finger grap camera and rotate to camera with 28, It was like machine gun action. LOL Anyway who said you can't shoot weddings with just a M8 oh and BTW i still hate doing them . I bow to Sean and Marc on doing these bloody things. ROTFLMAO Â But anyway we can move this back to the digital side , it's Allans call he is the boss. I just don't normally post a image without some technical reason behind it , I should maybe have made it more clear when i started it just was in a little hurry like always. I came home to 75 e-mails and finish some files by 5 pm and i left 24 hours ago. LOL it's been busy but for all the freelancers out there when your busy it is the best times, so we really can't complain. Now i shoot with the hand grip one first than remove my right hand the left hand fingers grap the grip with pinky and ring finger of left hand and it dangles down and the right grabs the neck starp one and my left thumb and index and middle finger are free to focus the neckstrap one . Takes about 2 to 3 seconds to switch back and forth. i took two 50mm shots than by the time i switched to the 28mm they were in a perfect spot to shoot it. i do this a lot on regular shoots that are fast moving. The expression on her face in that shot combined with the tones borders on the numinous. The magical feeling of carrying a new life is there, and the pose, her countors, it all works really wonderful.. I don't care about the technical aspects, the magic captured here is more important.
