As you can tell some of the images are not resizing correctly on PS.com so I'm going to go local and just resize to fit the board

Bear with me while I go back and fix a couple of these

I picked Ed Carpenter to win this thing, by the way

The great thing about the Indy is that the handling and power of the car plus the skill of the driver are reflected in performance on the track. The problem with Monaco is that it is difficult enough to negotiate on your own in a Fiat 500 let alone with 20 odd cars with enough power to get the Nimitz hydroplaning and there is no possibility anywhere to decently pull out and overtake. The only possibilities are those that are close to suicidal and those that are beyond suicidal. The track is too small, narrow and twisting for modern racing such that Hamilton seemed to have a red mist day in wanting to take as many people off the track as possible.

It's fine if you are comfortable in the "Hello darling mwoh, mwoh set." and as this is mainly for their benefit I suggest they introduce monster truck racing with hairy chested men and lots of oily rags so that they can say "Oh my Jessica did you see that man and his tattoos I wanted to faint but instead ... or in other words didn't think much of Monaco and never have.

Waiting for yellow to lift after Hinchcliffe's accident, I walked to the back of the media center and shot this for you

We're on the 4th floor of this building, and there's roughly 400 journalists seated and working the race from everyplace on earth

Beneath me is another floor just for photogs

This is Panther's fourth consecutive runner-up finish in the Indy 500, a remarkable achievement under any circumstances

JR Hildebrand will win the Rookie of the Year Award

But, still...so close, so close

John, Stu, glad you enjoyed

It was just last-minute I decided to do this and it was fun; maybe we'll try again later this year with another race

Not sure if I'll be in Indy weekend of The Brickyard 400, but maybe Baltimore IndyCar or even sooner at Milwaukee

Kind of depends on if I keep this camera, too

:)
