Stealth3kpl Posted May 28, 2011 Share #1 Posted May 28, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I came across this thread whilst using the search facility for UV filters. I'm planning on a sea kayaking trip to Greenland next year. There are some good tips in this thread. I was thinking of taking my M2 but perhaps I'll take the MP. I couldn't find the info I'm looking for. Presumably, a UV filter would be a good idea in Greenland if only for protection of the front element. What effect does high UV have on colour neg film should I not use one? Simply a blue cast? Perhaps this is just removed in scanning? Pete
