Couple of macro shots.

All images taken with 1937 Leica IID, plus 1934 Hektor 13.5cm [uncoated] head fitted to Visoflex + Bellows.

I find it very rewarding to use this old equipment and still get results that I like. It takes longer, and it usually involves a couple of basic calculations, but the process is the bit enjoy :)

 

I'm sure a digital would be quicker, sharper and 'better', but I like the old stuff!

 

Image #2 above: I was amazed at the detail in the picture, you can make out individual pollen grains!
