stuny Posted February 3, 2007 Share #2 Posted February 3, 2007 William - You've managed to give this a vintage gritty look which in my opinion enhances the composition. Very nice. I'd like to see it bigger.
Guest WPalank Posted February 3, 2007 Share #3 Posted February 3, 2007 Thank you Stuart. I would like to see it bigger (on the forum) as well. This small thumbnail is as large as was acceptable and doesn't do the original 16 bit tiff sitting in front of me any justice. I would love to hear from other Forum members on how to bring in larger images. Iknow if I converted to grayscale, it would be a smaller size but there is a slight tone added (RGB info). In CS2 I flatten the layers of the web image, reduce the size, do final sharpening, convert to profile (sRGB) , reduce to 8 bit mode and convert to jpeg. If there is a better way, I would love to hear from our members and please don't hesitiate to Private Message me. Cheers!
