stunsworth Posted February 2, 2007 Share #1 Posted February 2, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) One from last Sunday's jaunt round Chester. I'd like to have a word to whoever parked that van by the bridge - don't do it again! ;-) M8, Voigtlander 28mm Ultron

stuny Posted February 3, 2007 Share #5 Posted February 3, 2007 Steve - Barbara, who always wants my photos to be as good as I can make them, usually carries C4 and a detonator to move incorrectly parked vans. On early Sunday mornings she respects the quiet and prefers to break a window, hot wire the ignition, and drive it out of frame. Consider a similar strategy. Neverthe ess this is lovely, and the contrast, tones, framing and details work quite well.
elansprint72 Posted February 3, 2007 Share #6 Posted February 3, 2007 On reflection, this version has brought something of the "everyday" to the location. Good 'un. Pete.

imported_peter_m Posted February 3, 2007 Share #8 Posted February 3, 2007 Looks to be a popular place Nice image and I do agree the van messes up things a bit..... wonder if you could have missed the van by using a 35 but you also would have lost some of the height.... Peter41951 Posted February 3, 2007 Share #9 Posted February 3, 2007 Lovely shot - really 3D in its feeling. Was it a white van?
