Yes, congratulations - it's the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway.

 

The vista is what one sees from "Dead Indian Hill Pass" (no - not exactly PC, is it?) looking to the northwest. Historically, great herds of wild game migrated seasonally through this portal from the mountains beyond to the plains behind my position.

 

This high pass also was the gateway for countless Native American hunting and war parties, and in 1877 Chief Joseph led his Nez Perce nation through this portal in a strategic and defensive retreat, pursued by U.S. Army soldiers.

You got it. I was surprised that nobody made a guess of Seattle since the Boeing building is showing. Below is another shot, without my hiding the sign on the red brick building. Shot from the top floor of 500 W. Madison, where our firm has two floors.
