WestMichigan Posted April 18, 2011 Share #1 Posted April 18, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello M8 forum readers, I finally was able to get me a Nice Low Clicks M8 of my very own. Very pretty black one. Liking it a lot, but the deal came together suddenly for it and has arrived before the lenses to put upon it! I will admit, it makes for a beautiful Paperweight, but an Expensive One. :-) Will share pix when my lenses are in hand. Sincerely, Richard in Michigan

Want-a-leica Posted April 18, 2011 Share #2 Posted April 18, 2011 Nice one! I remember that feeling of not having a lens at first. Couldn't wait to go get one. Hope you enjoy the M8. I've had mine for about three or four months and it simply makes photography more pleasurable than it was with my old DSLRs (which I did like, to be certain, but shooting with the M8 just has something extra to it). You'll find a lot of very good advice and helpful posts on here. I know I have.
efix Posted April 19, 2011 Share #3 Posted April 19, 2011 I remember when I first got my M8 and had the 35/1.4 Nokton. I eventually returned it due to focus shift. It was terrible not having a lens, even just for a week or so until I got a replacement. You'll get through it
