FAO London dealers

As a long time silent fan of the forum, regrettably it's for this reason I join, but for dealers in London I'd like to highlight the following as stolen goods:

M8.2, black, 3560597

28mm summicron 04068293

35mm summicron, 03903692

There's also an M8 hangrip in there.

Apologies if this thread should go elsewhere, do let me know if there's other avenues I should be pursuing.

Thanks,

Phil

Welcome to the forum but tough luck, Phil, I hope you manage to get them back.:(

If you haven't already, you might like to contact Solms so if any of these is sent for repair or service they'll know that they're stolen.

Pete.

Bad luck!

Don't rely on dealers reading this site, some are oblivious to it! There is a dealer list on the Leica website, if I were you I'd be sending a circular e mail to every dealer, as well as known Leica (non franchised) dealers, and as Pete suggests to Solms. Also keep an eye on ebay, although even if you spot the camera I'm not sure how helpful the police would be - they're hardly going to bid on it for you.

The good news is that when your M8 has a hiccup, it will almost certainly have to go back to Solms for service and you should then be reunited with it (or your insurers will!).

Well, James, not all of us are oblivious to this site! But sometimes we're too busy selling! :D

Bad luck Phil - and thanks for alerting us.
