Means that someone is joking with a red pencil, or even in Photoshop ... the "red scale" Elmar is a well known variant... the "red dot" is unique... Might have been changed I suppose, the slow speed knob on my II is not 'right', it was changed at service because the chrome had rubbed off the old one, and has coarser milling than the original.
