Marked Ernst Leitz Wetzlar, Germany. It is fitted with the FAXIS 9cm horizontal/vertical marked ring. with 1 - 17 for horizontal, 1 - 25 for vertical. How do you remove the FAXIS? ismon Posted January 18, 2011 Share #2 Posted January 18, 2011 John, Simply rotate the FAXIS to the #1 position. You will see a little notch now under the indicator tab. Pull up on the FAXIS ring. To replace the ring, just line up the #1 notch with the spring tab and push the ring down onto the FARUX. Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
