tmldds Posted December 15, 2010 Share #1 Posted December 15, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) This is a portrait of Kim Weston, grandson of Edward Weston. I had the pleasure of learning from him at his home in Carmel last September. It was quite an experience taking photos at Edward's Wildcat Bodie House. This shot was taken with a borrowed camera, Panasonic DMC-LX3 (it has a Leica summicron lens) at ISO 3200 and F/2.7. We were all eating dinner and talking the last night. Bob Jackson Posted December 16, 2010 Share #6 Posted December 16, 2010 A difficult shot well done. The richness of the tones all connect to make a great portrait. Maybe we should all shoot more in the dark and see what happens.
