stonearabiapix Posted November 28, 2010 Share #1  Posted November 28, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) OK, it took some time, but the darkroom is up and running again. My daughter printed her first exposures and it was great to hear that first exclamation of wow, cool, as her first image appeared! The magic is real, and still holds it's own regardless of digital. We mixed up new fixer, and D76. I have a bag of Dektol, but I also had some filled to the brim bottles of it from 1999! , so we tried it and believe it or not the stuff was still good! We, (She), printed some up before she left for school, and didn't leave a single one for me! So I've got to print some so I can post a few. The exposer of the drkrm was at 8 sec, at iso 2500. processed in noise ninja. and then into nik for some kadacrome 200 film grain. very acceptable results for 2500! Oh yea, there's a little PS magic in the PP as well!  T. Welcome, dear visitor!
