rafael_macia Posted September 1, 2010 Share #1 Posted September 1, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Just traded in my M8.2 for a new M9 from Ken Hansen Photographic. As Kenny said, "This is the camera they should have made first." It seems to me that all the improvements made with the M9 are "steps forward". Analog to digital M "feel", now looks and feels seamless. Out every day now ..

Double Negative Posted September 1, 2010 Share #3 Posted September 1, 2010 Nice, congratulations! The M9 has lots of "little things" that really do improve the ergonomics. The ISO and EC alone are fantastic improvements, as are the deeper detents of the power switch, disabling of the self timer, etc.
BRJR Posted September 2, 2010 Share #4 Posted September 2, 2010 As Kenny said, "This is the camera they should have made first." ... I agree; and, as you are listed in Manhattan, Adorama currently has at least one black M9 in-stock, should you know of someone that is still trying to get an M9 --- here's the direct link to it: 10704 Leica M9 Digital Rangefinder Camera Body, 18mp with 24 x 36 mm Format Sensor - Black Paint
