As to workflow - that would be telling Oh okay then - the C-Lux shoots JPEGs so it's b&w in the camera (it's good at b&w), followed by some local contrast enhancement in PS Elements and some work on the sky and the mid-ground on separate layers to push the tonal range a bit. Then there's a "save for web" followed by a little sharpening (I find that it helps to do this at the final to-be-posted size) before submitting it on the site. Thanks again.
