SJP Posted May 6, 2010 Share #1 Posted May 6, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I demand a i Summmilux 28/1.4 ASPH ii more Noctilux f/1 (or so) focal lengths (28/1, 35/1 at least) I will not buy these things but I feel it is essential for Leica once interest in the M9, S2, X1 and the Vsomething have subsided. Otherwise I worry for your future.

earleygallery Posted May 6, 2010 Share #2 Posted May 6, 2010 What is it with this new breed of Leica owners, demands here, petitions there, good grief I'm only 40ish and remember the days when all Leica photographers were grown-ups!

lars_bergquist Posted May 7, 2010 Share #5 Posted May 7, 2010 The 28mm Summilux is actually a very sensible proposal. I would not be surprised to see it someday, when Leica has finally got the S2 lens line rolling. Another very natural addition would be a 21mm Elmar, analogous to the 24mm. -- The imminent arrival of the new 35mm 'lux ASPH (imminent by the Leica timescale, of course ...) I take for granted. I presume many of those threads will end up with many people saying: "I will not buy these things, but I can tell you the 2,8/90 Elmarit is a great lens." Guest mc_k Posted May 9, 2010 Share #7 Posted May 9, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) 28/1 would be so practical and with a 60mm filter, short barrel it would be gorgeous
tategoi Posted May 9, 2010 Share #8 Posted May 9, 2010 I am thinking of a 28 2.8 instead to save some money. Why would one needs a fast 28 when its application is mainly outdoor? Please convince me to save up for the 'crons, 'lux or noct

menos I M6 Posted May 9, 2010 Share #10 Posted May 9, 2010 I am thinking of a 28 2.8 instead to save some money. Why would one needs a fast 28 when its application is mainly outdoor? Please convince me to save up for the 'crons, 'lux or noct Outdoor, lights out maybe A 28 Lux would be interesting. Before thinking about Leica introducing a 28 Noct though, improving upon the image sensor sensitivity would be more sound and helpful with all lenses (including, shifting compact, light Elmarits into usability for night shooting).
