I mailed this to them today:

 

"This is my third email to you about this order with no reply. I have not recieved my order and I have not recieved any reply to my mail. I have posted my abysmal experience with LFI to every rangefinder forum I can find and will continue to update it until I get my money or the goods. "

 

Within two hours I recived this:

 

"Hello Kristian,

 

I'm so sorry for the delay, but the thumbs up is temporarilly not available.

It will be in stock again on may 25th. I hope it is ok for you?

Please accept my appology all the trouble concerning your order.

 

 

Thank you for your understanding!"

 

I have no trouble waiting, if I get informed. This was my fourth time I contacted them. It the previous mails I was just requesting the status, but today a lost my patience.

 

I hope I will get it in the end...

I've made several orders with them for books and back copies of LFI and in one instance I had a similar experience as yours. Overall they are reasonably quick in fulfilling orders as well as replying to emails. And I have always revived my order in the end.
