Advertisement Posted April 17, 2010 Posted April 17, 2010 Hi geotrupede, Take a look here color film. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
rulnacco Posted April 18, 2010 Share #2 Posted April 18, 2010 I'm not sure about pulling...really, with NPS, not sure what benefits you'd gain. It can be pushed, but not to quite the same extent as black and white film. You should be able to get it pushed at pretty much any pro lab. The two I use most frequently are Metro, off Clerkenwell Road, and Genie Imaging right next to Wandsworth Common station. There are a few others that come highly recommended by others. Best of luck! geotrupede Posted April 18, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted April 18, 2010 Thanks a lot! I have been browsing the Metro web site (very cool indeed!) and found an answer to my troubles.... "C41 film does not push / pull process well" So basically I could develop the film as they do this, but I should not have pushed the film (2 stops!)... I think I will give it a try anyway. Oh well... next time will know better Again thanks G
rulnacco Posted April 21, 2010 Share #4 Posted April 21, 2010 If you're gonna shoot at that high a speed, get some of Fuji's 800-speed ProZ. Great stuff, that.
underground Posted April 21, 2010 Share #5 Posted April 21, 2010 If you're gonna shoot at that high a speed, get some of Fuji's 800-speed ProZ. Great stuff, that. I agree I used this film before and results where fantastic for the speed. 90% of my film is slow, so I pushed a roll of Reala to 400 an the results where satisfactory concidering I forgot to tell my lab buddy to push the development. That film is very good IMO.
