stuny Posted December 21, 2006 Share #4 Â Posted December 21, 2006 John - Â Beautifully stark with just a hint of color in the homes to add some interest and jog the mind out of a B&W reference, and you've accomplished it without post processing. Â Stuart, Â Thus was the storm that went up north and pretty much brought Denver to a halt. It ended up dropping about 1 foot here, which, for a desert climate, was a lot. Â Right now, I'm waiting for the "solar powered snow removal system" to clear the driveway and the streets
azzo Posted December 25, 2006 Share #6 Â Posted December 25, 2006 John, i'd like to suggest a crop for this image, if i may. As i see it, the main attraction is the house, and the foreground to me is distracting. So i'd crop from the bottom up untill just under the bush in the middle. This crop will bring out a nice pattern of the four bushes and a more pleasing to the eye landscape format,IMHO. Try it out if you have the time. You might even like it.
