Advertisement Posted July 8, 2006 Posted July 8, 2006 Hi Guest flatfour, Take a look here Alfa Romeo 1939. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
abrewer Posted July 8, 2006 Share #2 Posted July 8, 2006 Marvelous Tony. I love this era, and slightly before: the cars were masterpieces of mechanics and metal design. Thanks for sharing. Allan
hm1912 Posted July 8, 2006 Share #3 Posted July 8, 2006 I'm not a huge fan of car shots, but this is simply great. What a wonderful design. Do you know anything else about this car? Thanks for sharing
jmr Posted July 8, 2006 Share #4 Posted July 8, 2006 Great shot. I doubt there was a more elegant car at the show.
malcolm Posted July 8, 2006 Share #5 Posted July 8, 2006 OK folks, I think we're beginning to establish a division of labor here: Mr. Brookes for Goodwood, Mr. Brewer for Indianapolis, Mr. Taylor for Lotuses (or Loti, or whatever the correct plural is), Mr. Lamb III for Rovers, and I'll do the Monterey Historics (at least this year - can't promise every year [and probably won't include Pebble Beach - a bit rich for my blood]; may include Concorso Italiano). Agreed? Anyone volunteer for Monaco '07?
abrewer Posted July 8, 2006 Share #6 Posted July 8, 2006 Anyone volunteer for Monaco '07? LOL! Me, Malcolm!!! ME! MEEEE!!!! (I wish!) Agreed about the coverage; though, I think Mr. L3 should have the Morgan category as well! Thanks. Allan
