Fabulous picture, Stefan, as always.

Awesome shot and interpretation...marvelous to me, and I don't recall having seen it before.

The look in her eyes: so wistful, so full of deep thought about life...about loss...about lovers and sons...

...about...another cerveza!

:)

Thanks.

Ups, sorry international Forum.

Good light and interesting personality. Maybe a little bit too concentric. Would be curious like this on the right goes on. On the left a bit boring, however presumably more important like my curiosity because the dark surfaces emphasize the person.

Just read who is the fotograf

Alex, since this is not a staged portrait I dont care about the background, at the beach there is :) sometimes life around. if I would plan this portrait I would care about the surrounding.

Andy, I showed it already? I was not sure, excuse me please.

Michael, thanks.

thank you all.

Fabulous tones and lighting though I am not sure about the crop. He is too centred.

Respectfully, and Stefan certainly can speak for himself to this, but I think you miss the powerful impact of the centered woman in her surroundings, Graham.

The 35 allows us this panorama of dark and light: the precious present, if you will, in the darker images of the boys left, while the right side of the image recounts receding times past, with the light distantly in the background. The fact that the images on the left are torso and legs just adds to the tension, and mystery, of the scene.

This is an image that can't be improved by cropping, in my opinion. It stands on its own with wonderful imagery as is!

My two cents!

;)

Thanks.

I agree that it is lacking space with the crop but I had no extra image on the right to balance it. Never mind.
