melissah Posted February 1, 2010 Share #1 Posted February 1, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) i was wondering if there is a forum that we can post forum requests. i would like to see a sub/forum in the photo forum thats for family pictures. there are many family pics in people. some good some not so good. all coming from a loving family member. its difficult to criticize someones grandchild... but i think if we had a FF it would begin a conversation on how to make the best family pics, which, i think is what the shooters are after. i have also suggested a sub-forum thats for images that are could be considered controversial/offensive to some. if you enter you cant complain that (using a shot brill took as an example) a shot of feet tied embraces torture. in that forum would also be strong criticism. we seem to have a desire for stronger constructive criticism but then when it happens feelings are hurt because some just dont know how to give it. perhaps a place for it? i am guilty of saying grt capture often. i mean it but i mean it to that person and their body of work. ok too long sry. pls advise. best, melissa

stunsworth Posted February 1, 2010 Share #2 Posted February 1, 2010 There is indeed a forum where you can post forum requests. Try posting it here... http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/about-leica-forum/ It's always difficult with sub-forums getting the balance between having too many, and not having enough. stunsworth Posted February 2, 2010 Share #4 Posted February 2, 2010 maybe landscape-travel could merge? They're already merged - there's only one "Landscape and Travel" sub-forum.
