Mahilameach Posted January 27, 2010 Share #1 Â Posted January 27, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi all! Â Ok, there's loads of stuff on the internet about what cards work and what don't with the M9. I'm just about to acquire my M9 and go traveling for 8 months. Â What' the best, most reliable card to use? I was thinking an 8GB so I'm forced to back my images up regularly! Â Many thanks, Â Guy

jaapv Posted January 27, 2010 Share #2 Â Posted January 27, 2010 Sandisk Ultra II 16 Gb. I've got five of them and they work flawlessly. 8 Gb is a bit on the small size with 37 Mb files.

enboe Posted January 28, 2010 Share #4 Â Posted January 28, 2010 I would test the physical cards you intend to use. I went through seven or eight different cards, all but one on the list, before I found one that didn't glitch and lose images. Â My lucky cards are the Delkin EFilm Class 6 models, but your mileage may differ. Â The upcoming firmware is supposed to make the cameras more robust with a wider variety of cards. Frank Sprow Posted January 29, 2010 Share #8 Â Posted January 29, 2010 In my new M9 I gathered up all (15 or so) the variety of SDHC and old SD cards bought around the world thinking I could discard the ones that didn't work. All work perfectly.
