When commissioned salespeople are said to be "making quota" they are doing exactly as they should be doing. Regarding the meadowlark, you're making quota against your own high standards.

This is an exquisite image of a Meadowlak. It is very difficult to shot this active little creatures. I used to be a breeder of Finches in the past and know how difficult it is to take photos in controlled environment let alone shooting one in the wild.:cool:

Beautiful delicate timing and with that honking lens too,,,,heck why not got after the Telyt 800S and the Audi Fox:D...with the DMR that would put you at 1100mm focal length.
