They weave together the entire story right before the eye! Very dynamic. I do think this is one of those color shots that delivers even better in black and white: both the important-to-the-scene signs have much more impact, skull and hood demand your undivided attention, Big Ben becomes more a part of the story and less a part of the background - more in keeping with the cartoonish politics going on in the picture.
