Google ads - do we have to click on them to generate revenue for the forum?

Just wondering whether their mere presence here (to which I do not object, btw) generates revenue, or whether that part relies on a click-through count.

If the latter, then I will happily click on each one, once a day, in a spirit of helpfulness, if not necessarily purchasing...

But don't go over the top - Google is very thin-skinned if someone is making click fraud...

Understood!

(I have found a bargain this morning, so they are surprisingly useful :) )

I've already clicked on our favourite camera shop: Sess-ops. I thought that was a lovely win win situation, income for the former, cost for them :)

Go to the root page, the home page, and they are on the left hand side.

They don't appear on the sub-pages though.
