Overgaard Posted December 8, 2006 Share #21 Posted December 8, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Gepetto, Thanks for the info on the ND x8 filter. We don't have bright days around here. Only use I could see is with too bright flashes or to see approximately how b&w shots would look like. Mark, We can trade for an original UV filter for the D2 (or a pol filter). Or a one-way ticket to a bright and shiny place (in that case you will get a macro filter in stead ;-) as I will need the ND filter then). E-mail me privately if you want to do that. regnar Posted December 11, 2006 Share #23 Posted December 11, 2006 Gepetto: No, i'm taking regular photos, but automated a little with a home made computercontrolled turntable, and "binding" the pics together in an java-ablet. ho_co Posted December 11, 2006 Share #25 Posted December 11, 2006 Regnar-- Very nice work! I especially like the way you vary the focus of the lens on the Leica II as it rotates at Simple 3d figure! I would never have thought to do that. --HC
leicapfile Posted December 13, 2006 Share #26 Posted December 13, 2006 In the catagory of 'Why doesn't anything like this ever happen to me' is a recent close on the auction site of an Elpro E69 for the D2. Looks like two bidders duked it out for 35 bids (only one other bidder and he/she only bid once), It ended at $750!!! For a $250 lens when they were new. Whatta country! gepetto Posted December 13, 2006 Share #27 Posted December 13, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Holy Moly Jerry. They should have just went with the Panasonic close up filter for $80. Regnar that is some set up. The D1 must give excellent close up results for the 3D images. The flip animation only produces file sizes a 320x240. Which is sad. If the flip animation function worked with full resolution images would it be of any help to you?
regnar Posted October 7, 2008 Share #28 Posted October 7, 2008 Hi forum. I have'nt been here fore a while, and i don't know if it's possible to take up an old thred. The reason I try this is, that I have been refineing the tecnic for making 3D photos a little, and I got the idea to put some 3D fotos of Leicas in the WiKi. I have untill now put links to 3D photos showing Leica II, Digilux2, R5 and M6ttl, and more will come, if you think it's a good idea. Kind regards Regnar.
