One of hte hundreds of lakes/pools and waterfalls in this inland Croatian nation park.

Our fall trip was to Croatia, traveling through (and stopping both ways) Budapest. So much was photo-worthy that I placed the photos in five separate galleries on our site: 1 for Budapest, 1 each for three regions of Croatia, and one for Croatian museums. You can also read Barbara’s trip notes on Croatia, but she is still working on the Budapest notes.

Stuart.. you have the D2 at its full strength here, similar to its cousin the D1 , it fairs best in this type of light.

Its funny this is a "tourist attraction" we have literally 1,000's of these kinds of places in BC.

Great capture, thanks for sharing

John - Thank you. So far all I've seen of BC is the south west and the north west, all of which was beautiful.

Ece - Thank you, and no. This was at altitude so it was rather chilly. Perhaps in the middle of summer....

Well, if I have time I'll go up to Deeks Creek later this week, they "sanitized" the highway for the Olympics so now I have to park about 2km away and then walk... you never know the history of "terrorist hikers ":eek::eek:..in BC..can't take any chances.;)

Cheers, JRM
