Guest Posted January 3, 2012 Share #41 Posted January 3, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have removed the tab from my 50 lux and greased the rangefinder helical with a different grease. Muchbetter now. Jo May I have the tab please? I'd love to have one to put it on my 2/
Advertisement Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Hi Guest, Take a look here Are modern Leica lenses too stiff to focus. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
algrove Posted January 3, 2012 Share #42 Posted January 3, 2012 The only lens of mine that comes to mind about focusing abnormalities was the 35 Lux FLE. After about 2 days it had a sticky point occur while focusing. This was gone within 2 additional days of all day use and now it is just fine just like every Leica lens I own both old and new. I never had to pay extra for the ladies to massage my new lenses, either. By the way, I can never make out who signs my new lenses. They write like a doctor. Guest Posted January 3, 2012 Share #43 Posted January 3, 2012 35 FLE and 0.95 lenses are signed by Leica doctors, indeed.
wlaidlaw Posted January 3, 2012 Author Share #44 Posted January 3, 2012 I too have tried to puzzle out the signatures - I think it says "Magoo" Wilson
