schmolinski Posted December 5, 2009 Share #1 Posted December 5, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Now after weeks, month of thinking, reading and comparison of the M8 & M9 I have taken my decision...# I ordered a brand new m8.2 and a 35 summicron used asph. For a mere 4600 EUR I got my dream pack... If You don't mind I like to show my very first pic for public here. Please comment and perhaps you have some tips for better shooting with rangefinder since I come from 20 years canon. Picture was cropped. EXIF: ISO 320, f/5, 1/30s By the way, one important question: Why does C1 show aperture information whilst Lightrooms does not. My 35Cron isn't coded. Cheers to all! Bo_Lorentzen Posted December 6, 2009 Share #3 Posted December 6, 2009 Download the Lightroom 3.0 beta for use with your M8 files. If you are only using one lens, sharpie code it, so the camera know what lens it is, that will let it apply the correct lens correction for the lens you use. 35 cron. not much, but a little tweak to the image quality. since you don't change the lens much the code should stay in place just fine. .
