JRM, Paul, & Stefan,

Thank you for looking in and for your generously supportive feedback. Much appreciated.

Paul, to evoke the Master is the highest compliment I can barely dream. I think, if this work is better, it's because with a subject like this, it is easier to do better work :-) . Still, it is highly motivating to receive such input. You are most kind!

Hi there Ece,

what a beautiful B/W conversion, SEP by any chance ?

And what a wonderful place this Zion, I can imagine that you're going back there every year. A fine composition, too, got to love the play of the light here.

Zeiss lenses a quite remarkable: I've got a Biogon 35/2 and always stunned by its clarity, sharpness and contrast. Your 21 here is no exception.

Kind regards.

Hey Bart,

Thank you very much for your kind words. It's certainly great to see you here.

Yes, this is converted in SEP. These days I much prefer working with it than struggling my way through CS4 :(

Zion is a new experience every time I go back. I am glad you liked this image, it reinforces the idea that I can record that atmosphere, up to a point... This is the first time I put this lens out into true landscape mode. And I was delighted with its performance and the ease with which I could use it. Now my eye is on a 50/2 planar. There is no end to it...

Best regards,

Ece
