Does the M12 have the rangefinder front focusing issue? Will it need to make a trip to Allendale???

Sorry, but it does have the PUP option at extra cost. $8,000 a year, I understand.

For me, it's a point of principle to have it after the let down of the M8. We demanded it, we got it. That's Forum power.

I need to make the appointment now and reserve my parking place.

Why do you drive such an old banger? It must date back to 2008 or something like that!

What's PUP ??

My dealer sold me a PUP.

It's the "Perpetual Upgrade Programme" as introduced by Tommy Lee.

For an annual payment of $7,795 US, I get any new body components fitted FOC, new firmware upgrades on a priority basis and my sensor is cleaned on the third Tuesday of the month.

Sleep easy now. :)

This thread must be the consequence of Leica User Brain Implosion otherwise known as the LUBI Luny effect. It comes from excessive exposure to the M9 forum with no protective measures. The only cure is abstinence. Warning, the extreme delirium resulting from this is contagious.

Perhaps someone can offer some advice on the following?

I bought my M12 yesterday and I just cant seem to get any pictures in focus. I press the shutter release part-way down before taking the shot, however it doesn't matter what lens I use, all my pictures are soft. So much for the much vaunted AF.

I am mightily pissed off with Leica.

There goes the Luddites again, preaching abstinence! A little protection and Barnack Obama approved Stimulus money and we can all get the M12 that is our birthright.;)

You're lucky. I sold all my camera gear in anticipation of the M12, and used the cash to have both my eyes removed (I ordered two M12 implants for 3-d work). I'm stuck at home in the dark until Leica produces enough M12s.

So now I can't see because of poor decision making by Leica management. They will certainly pay dearly, as soon as I find my illudium q-36 explosive space modulator.

Since I started using digital cameras, my pictures have lost the "film look".

Is there a reason for that?

On burst mode my M12 seems to lock up more quickly than my Sony. Am I doing something wrong, or is the bluffer not big enough?
