Advertisement Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 Hi Peyton Hoge, Take a look here Young Love. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
fotografr Posted November 29, 2006 Share #2 Posted November 29, 2006 Very nice light, composition and action--the kind of photograph that is made, not taken.
drjon Posted November 30, 2006 Share #3 Posted November 30, 2006 I like the shadow of the approaching person who you want to see but cannot find
azzo Posted November 30, 2006 Share #4 Posted November 30, 2006 Another very good image Peyton. Best Azzo
PhotoArchival Posted November 30, 2006 Share #5 Posted November 30, 2006 Agree with Brent, John, and Azzo. Also like the facial expression of the man in the photo. As if he had made a joke that only he found humorous. My wife thinks I do this too often, laugh at my own jokes;)
wizard Posted November 30, 2006 Share #6 Posted November 30, 2006 An almost perfect capture, for the reasons already stated. It would be perfect for me if the man's one foot weren't partly cut off, but it really does not change much. Was that shot taken at the Lincoln Memorial in D.C.? Cheers, Andy
stuny Posted November 30, 2006 Share #7 Posted November 30, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Peyton - Another fine example of how your newly evolved style is working at full power. Wonderful composition, light, details, colors, and of course, the portent of the shadow.
Peter41951 Posted November 30, 2006 Share #8 Posted November 30, 2006 Lovely picture. I also like very much indeed your "Carpenter", "Toby" (of course!), and "Stairway to Heaven". Thank you.
Peyton Hoge Posted November 30, 2006 Author Share #9 Posted November 30, 2006 Thank you all for your nice comments. Also, Andy, this was taken at the Parthenon in Nashville's Centenial Park. A great place for people watching.
