Advertisement Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Hi biglouis, Take a look here Bentley with its bonnet up. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
andybarton Posted October 31, 2009 Share #2 Posted October 31, 2009 My car is as shiny as that. Nice to see you using your M7 - I was looking at the shot and thought to myself "That doesn't look like an M8 shot at all". What scanner do you use? Max Alfy Posted October 31, 2009 Share #3 Posted October 31, 2009 Wow! Splendid, Louis.
Rolo Posted October 31, 2009 Share #4 Posted October 31, 2009 Louis, I'm delighted for you. Not only is this a splendid image, but I think it's by far the best film rendition that I seen of yours. It's very good for colour, and smoothness, and sharpness. Seems to have raised the game for you. I think it has some characteristics that are absent in my Land Rover shot because of the choice of media. It'll be very interesting to watch you proceed with the M7. It's different from your M8 and I hope you'll enjoy it just as much. (Secretly, I hope you enjoy it more. ).
stuny Posted November 1, 2009 Share #5 Posted November 1, 2009 Big - Beautiful for composition, subject, light, color and clarity, though I think it feels a touch over processed.
vdb Posted November 1, 2009 Share #6 Posted November 1, 2009 Superb! The colors and silky smooth tones are of the chart. Great job.

Gerard Posted November 3, 2009 Share #8 Posted November 3, 2009 Stunning. The framing creates a strong focus on that monster of an engine while the smooth tones and contrast add to the sumptuous nature of the Bentley.
biglouis Posted November 3, 2009 Author Share #9 Posted November 3, 2009 Thanks for all the supportive comments. I'm getting to grips with film again after a hiatus of several years. The M7 is a great camera to work with. It just feels so right and I am sure it inspires me to try harder. LouisB
