Spo Posted October 27, 2009 Share #21 Posted October 27, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Stu, Nice shots, you obviously have either the charm or less knuckle dragging stewards that I've lately had to put up with:D
Advertisement Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Hi Spo, Take a look here Gracious, charming, energetic and entertaining at 75 – Four examples . I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stuny Posted October 27, 2009 Author Share #22 Posted October 27, 2009 Spo - Thank you. Interestingly, photos seem to be allowed in this venue. Flashes were going off almost all the time (useless, too, at the distances they were using them). Mine are hand-held available light.
ho_co Posted October 28, 2009 Share #23 Posted October 28, 2009 Stuart-- Thanks for this, and for letting it sneak up on me unawares. Congratulations on seeing this master, and on sharing such stunning photos!
storybrown Posted October 28, 2009 Share #24 Posted October 28, 2009 Stuart, He's long been one of my favorites; I've seen to of his concerts ('80s & '90s, both in DC & both outstanding - "memorable" in a superlative sense), but no photos. I confess it hadn't even occurred to me. Did you say what you took these with? Incidentally, a complete live video recording of this concert series (London, if I recall correctly) is available from iTunes, and entirely worth it.
