Forum members were very helpful and I was able to reinstall firmware and most of the issues were gone, however from time to time I still experienced locking up and had to reset the camera taking the battery out. Also from time to time I ended up with the images with pink horizontal lines. Obviously I reported everything to my dealer ( 8 Elm photo in Toronto). Today I received the email and have already picked up new camera. I works flawlessly. Every time I deal with Michael Lee, 8 Elm I receive great service and in these rare circumstances when something goes wrong the resolution is alway painless and efficient. I am still waiting for a replacement M9 for my defective one inflicted with column defects, i.e., purple vertical line showing up. Congratulation!!
