If you are just after C41 process/print then I have found Snappy Snaps reliable - they will print on matt paper with borders too which is nice (personally I usually get a process/scan only, use the CD for 'proofs' and re-scan and print the keepers). For high quality prints then yes, use one of the pro labs. They also do B&W but it's easy to process that yourself.
