I'm in need of a replacement for the film rewind crank/knob for my early 90s M6. The one on it has been bent an re-shapen many times and is about to give up the ghost. I recall seeing an aftermarket one that was machined rather that cast of pot metal like this one seems to be. Does anyone out there know of where I might be able to source a quality rewind knob for my camera? Thanks for your time, darthpolski

Hey guys, so I had what I came to know a pretty common problem with my M6. The rewind lever would get stuck mid-film rending it impossible to advance the film. The problem was that one of the screw-in plate under the rewind lever was loose. So I tightened it but the problem is that if it's tightened rotation of the lever is not smooth. I feel resistance like every 180° - see video. Have you ever experienced a similar problem? Send it for repair or DIY? Rewind lever resistance
