Michael-IIIf Posted June 9, 2008 Share #1 Posted June 9, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) My first roll of BW400 CN Impressions: more difficult to scan than I was hoping for. Doesn't seem to have as much latitude as I was expecting. From my limited experience with XP2 I seem to remember it being more tolerant of exposure settings. On the plus side I found the grain less pronounced than expected and it was a pleasure to scan film without drying marks - I really need to sort out that problem in my home brew. M6, 35 'cron. roguewave Posted June 9, 2008 Share #2 Posted June 9, 2008 Michael, very effective series. I agree about the BW400 CN. I like the Tmax 400 better.
Martin T-M Posted June 9, 2008 Share #3 Posted June 9, 2008 Michael, nice series. About this film, I use it @320 ISO. Easy to scan with N***N coolscan V, but need post processing for contrast and brightness.
