roguewave Posted February 14, 2008 Share #2 Posted February 14, 2008 CH. nice series and processing. Very consistent images. I'm suprised by this, as the interior lighting is so different than the platforms. The Mexican guys are a lot of fun. I run into them all the time. They need a third non-stringed insrtument to fill out the sound. Maybe a Polish polka guy with an acordian. Nice work.

photophile Posted February 15, 2008 Author Share #5 Posted February 15, 2008 Ben, Michiel, Mark: Thank you for the kind comments. The lighting was a bit challenging, hence more motion blur ..which I usually like. The band was an unexpected pleasure. Ben..you have a great city there!. Mark, I agree with your picks. There was one more I posted last week or so called Deli life or something..as part of this series. Best. Coos
Artichoke Posted February 15, 2008 Share #6 Posted February 15, 2008 much, much cleaner than when I rode them regularly in the late sixties they haven't lost much of their edge however and you managed to capture the spirit of this great subway system admirably your BW rendering works beautifully for these as well kudos
