allamande Posted March 30, 2015 Share #9 Posted March 30, 2015 Henry, Thank you!!! This is so sweet. It looks and feels lovely in every way. I agree with you totally that Portra is king when it comes to these types of shots. But more than that, you are the master of Portra! I have a couple of boxes in the refrigerator (my recent order) and some exposed rolls. But the lab I used to use for many years moved away recently, and I am now trying to find a trustworthy place to get my film developed. Not easy! Ece Ece thank you For the development of your film Portra, you should go to the "Film Forum" section and leave a message about where we can develop in California. As you know, once the film is impressed must develop quickly enough. Tom Barry Posted March 30, 2015 Share #14 Posted March 30, 2015 Very nice, indeed. I may have some Portra in my freezer; this makes me want to give it a try.
Doc Henry Posted March 30, 2015 Author Share #15 Posted March 30, 2015 Very nice, indeed. I may have some Portra in my freezer; this makes me want to give it a try. Tom, highly recommended , you will not be disappointed , no need color correction as digital images with "smooth" edges and lines because of pixels versus "softness" of lines because of grain for film !
